Chapter 2:


Greetings to all readers of this blog, it is quite long to update this blog because of time constraints is not enough, so I am best of my ability to complete this blog in time as possible to complement the individual assignment will end soon. Ok, not to lengthen again, I try to finish my work, which I will set up a short note to the second chapter, which Charting a Company's Direction: Its Vision, Mission, Objectives, and Strategy.

Mission statement
- a declaration of an organization’s “reason for being.”
- answers the pivotal question “What is our business?”
- essential for effectively establishing objectives and formulating strategies
- reveals what an organization wants to be and whom it wants to serve 
- Also called a creed statement, a statement of purpose, a statement of philosophy, a
  statement of beliefs, and a statement of business principles  

In the second chapter , we will learn and understand Charting a Company 's Direction : Its Vision , Mission , Objectives , and Strategy why it is important for company managers have a clear strategic vision of where the company should be headed and why .Moreover, when we know detail, we will also know the importance of setting the strategic and financial objectives and understand why strategic initiatives taken at various levels of the organization must be tightly coordinated to achieve a company-wide performance targets .Therefore, we need to recognize what companies need to do to achieve operational excellence and to implement an efficient strategy if we understand correctly what is emphasized in this chapter , and we will also recognize the role and responsibilities of the board of directors in overseeing the strategic management process.Thus, although overall this is quite short , but the content is quite dense with knowledge in general, if there is less to my statement , it is hoped to be excused for this just to learn yet another to the extent that more advance .
