In this session , I could not come earlier because I woke up late and when
I arrived at the lecture hall , the session has started, which I thought at
first speaker gave a talk that was student of the USIM , but apparently the
owner of the restaurant that Ms. Asnidar Hanim
Yusuf .
He established his business in 2009 in which the restaurant offers Japanese food Halal. They serve authentic Japanese food that is traditionally and comes from Japan. O- Shima name taken from the name of a large island in Japan. In setting up his restaurant, Ms. Asnidar has to face a lot of problems with the shop, with employees, as well as many challenges and obstacles. The plus side, he never gave up hope and prays that all dealings are facilitated and prepared for whatever challenges and obstacles that lay ahead. He also shares with us some of the common strategies that can be taken in any type of business. Here is the strategy :

- Has a good location
- Increase brand awareness
